With fall just around the corner, I’ve been searching for pieces that will effortlessly transition from one season to another. A loose fitting blazer is the perfect item to wear now and later, simply swap out a few key pieces and ease on to a new season seamlessly.
For summer, I paired my three-quarter length sleeve Wallis Blazer with a super airy neon chiffon top and pair of black and white print shorts. I decided to add a little pattern to my outfit by wearing some funky tribal print wedges with a hint of neon yellow. The light weight material makes this blazer the perfect piece for those hot and humid Georgia days and nights.
Blazers have always been a staple in my fall wardrobe since they are ideal layering pieces. Next season, I’ll be wearing my Wallis blazer with another classic item in my closet – the chambray shirt. A pair of dark skinny jeans, glitter suede booties (for a touch of glamour) and a rich leather purse will round up this outfit.
I NEED YOUR HELP!
Wallis is celebrating their first fall season in the US by sending one blogger to New York Fashion Week and I was invited to participate in this contest. Your votes will help chose the top 5 bloggers that will go in front of the judges for a chance at winning the grand prize. Please help my dream of attending NY Fashion Week by voting for me here (you have to like the Wallis page in order to vote). Voting ends on August 26th at midnight. You can vote once per hour.
